Version numbers

Now weewx V5 has reached 5.0.0b10 when you look on the stations running weewx site (http://www.weewx.com/stations.html) it doesn't sort correctly when you select sort by version.

Not that this is critical but it is nice to see the latest version at the top as that is sometimes how I just see if there is a newer version out. I have a script that checks that now as well.

I suppose the website should use a natural sort, but, as you say, not critical. A PR is welcome.
