Tcp modbus server.

I am looking at the options off adding a server updated as posible with a time stamp and data as soon as received from a davis vantage. at least the wind data, other sensors can be at a lower rate which can be polled by my scada system.

I did find a couple on git hub as extra sensors with  a modbus client, but I am looking at going theother way. however its a starting point.

Breifly why, to correlate UV, rain and wind against lightning data to control a power isolation and initiate the genset. I have boltek ld350 which has relays for this but feel i would be better letting the scada decide.

Second to corelate wind against some XYZ inertial sensors in a security arrangement.

Is there some device driver similar in the code?
Any where to look for info I have not found, or am I in uncherted waters for this?
