WeeWX 5 Compatibility

This weekend I started compatibility checks with WeeWX 5 for the extensions I wrote. I used a clean new installation of Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. There I installed WeeWX 5.0.0b10 out of the DEB package.

There was a problem using extensions at all, that is described in this thread.

After solving that problem I installed and checked to following extensions:

weewx-GTS (several derived observation types and tags; Of all the extensions I wrote, this is the most used one, I guess.)
weewx-snmp (reading SNMP messages)
Wetternetz Sachsen uploader
Regionalwetter Sachsen-Anhalt uploader
WeeWX-MQTTSubscribe (This extension I did not write, but I used it here to receive data for my testing. So it was included in my testing in some way, too.)

I did not experience any issues. All of them work with WeeWX 5. I updated the documentation to include the new weectl interface.
