V5 create --config= bug

minor V5 bug:

  weewx:~ $ weectl station create —config=station1/weewx.conf

(using relative filename) creates everything fine except it sets WEEWX_HOME to station1 in weewx.conf, so

  weewx:~ $ weewxd —config=station1/weewx.conf

runs fine until it crashes when tries to generate a report:

    ngen += self.generate(section[subsection], subsection, gen_ts)

            ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

  File "/home/weewx/venv/lib/python3.11/site-packages/weewx/cheetahgenerator.py", line 245, in generate

    os.chdir(os.path.join(self.config_dict['WEEWX_ROOT'],

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'station1/skins/Seasons'

i suggest either the weectl code converts the relative filename in —config= to absolute filename for WEEWX_HOME, or change doc to say absolute pathname must be specified

Is there a V5 change log anywhere?

I cannot find it.

I just upgraded to v5.0.0b11and was wondering what has changed.

Unfortunately, no there is not.

FYI. Expect some changes in how extensions are installed.
