weewx no longer starts weewx-Version 4

After an update, weewx no longer starts
I haven't made any changes to weeusb.conf
under cmon.conf and weekl.conf weewx really only starts with

weeusb.conf only appears

the message is missing "INFO __main__: Using configuration file /home/weewx/weeusb.conf"

debug is 1 in weeusb.conf

Most likely the problem is exactly what the traceback suggests: a syntax error in weeusb.conf, line 240.
