Changing the fields ([copyright], [location], [number], [name], [names])?

Hello!

I'm wondering where we set the information for the [copyright], [location], [number], [name] and  [names] fields that we can see on the copyright page, footer, introduction, and foreward. The only one that seems to be assigned is [copyright].

I have done the lesson on Webonary in the lessons. I also checked the help page and poked everywhere I could find on the WP back end. 

I realize I could just hard code them on the pages. However that doesn't help me with the footer.
