Can't upload to webonary xavante

Good morning,

I'm using Language Explorer 9.0.8 and today when I try to upload to webonary it gives this error:

Uploading to Webonary.

Exporting entries for the Main Dictionary publication using the Hybrid (complex forms as main entries and mini subentries) view

Export of lexicon completed.

Exporting entries for Português (Brasil) (Brazil) reversal.

Export of reversal completed.

Compressing data before sending to Webonary.

Connecting to Webonary.

An error occurred uploading your data:

Unable to connect to Webonary. Please check your username and password and your Internet connection.

ServiceUnavailable:Exception of type 'SIL.FieldWorks.XWorks.WebonaryClient+WebonaryException' was thrown.

My user and password is OK.

Dear Mr. Wu,

 

At least some of the problems with Webonary have been fixed. For most of those who are currently unable to upload data to their Webonary site, the problem is that they are using an older version of FLEx. The problem you are experiencing may be due to something else, but the first thing to check is that you are using FW 9.1.18 (available at https://software.sil.org/fieldworks/download). If you are using FW 9.1.18 and are still unable to upload to your site, please write to webo...@sil.org for individual help.
