problem with error tickets

Error tickets are being truncated, none of the details will display (sample below)

Running on Windows, web2py 2.20.4 on Python 3.7.7. (test environment)

I've seen this intermittently in the past, and it has sometimes been cleared up by cleaning out sessions and browser cookies, but not this time.

What could be causing this??

Solved. I had made a change which involved storing a rows object in the session. This was working (eliminating some duplicated database queries) but evidently interfered with ticketing. Now that I've reversed this ticketing is working fine.
