When the user gets a ticket error how to trigger some function ?

Hello i want to implement a sms notifications whenever a user gets an error ticket.

Is there an event that i can capture to trigger my sms function?

Take a look in scripts directory.

There are 2 files: ticket2email.py and ticket2slack.py from where you can take some ideas.
