Setup help MacOS Catalina, Web2py, SSL

Hello,

We have an in-house Mac computer we are using as a server. I'm having trouble setting up a more production-ready version of web2py.

Here is the setup I'm trying to get going:

MacOS Catalina using Apache

SSL

Web2py

I'm having trouble installing apache modules. I think this is because of the new System Integrity Protection on mac computers. Would anyone with a bit more experience know how I could go about doing this or be able to point me in the right direction?
