The /opt/websafety/bin/reload.sh returns 6 when it fails to reload squid and then it also fails to restart it.
Please look at the UI/Squid/General/Verification tab – in the output there might be a notion of error of some kind – like “bungled acl” or some other.
If it is indeed so – we will try to understand what exactly fails upon restart.
