BACKGROUND:

The past several months, Chris Malcolm has been harassing dog walkers, park users and Park Maintenance staff throughout Willamette Park/Crystal Lake Sports Fields. The inappropriate behavior escalated quickly, Mr. Malcolm began threatening women, swearing and cursing at individual people. He was invasively “filming” people all over the park. In at least two documented incidents, Mr. Malcolm attacked & hit dogs with his walking sticks (without cause). He has had altercations with the Park Maintenance Crews. 

The incidents were reported to the Corvallis Police and the City of Corvallis Parks & Recreation Director. A 30-Day Temporary Trespass order was issued based on aggressive and disruptive behavior. Chris Malcolm has been known to stay in his vehicle (gray Toyota Prius) in the parking area at the Willamette Community Gardens.  He is trespassed from that location as well.

Thank-you. I’ve seen him often in the last two weeks walking the trails and sitting in his car. He doesn’t seem to have his dog anymore. 

I passed him just recently on the trail. Our dogs used to play together.
