I would like to request Paypal and any other separate login for Digital Storytellers or Bay Area Creative connected with the WCTC tax id. Thanks :)

Hi Jay,

Digital Storytellers works with Cash App as our online payment system for handling much of our payroll. We do not receive funds through any method other than check to the accounts that are under the WCTC EIN. Do you still need this info even if we are not receiving any funds through Cash App?

SPARC has a Venmo and Cash App, though only for doing pay roll as well, Mike has that info. 

Also for future  requests it would help me to have a brief one to sentence explanation for why the request is being made.

Ya we can take our time with this.

Option 1) This option is simpler and easier overall as far as taxes and finances go. Which is recommended, would be to STOP using accounts that are in the old tax id of WCTC, and open new accounts under your new tax ID. That is much easier and overall is advisable. If this is the case, you just hand over the old accounts, PayPal and cash app etc to us, so we would just have the log in etc, and then we can deal with the taxes and finances from there. Simple easy done.

Option 2) This option is more complicated and would require agreement and verification which is necessary. You want to transfer your Cash App & PayPal accounts to the new corporation - if this is the case then we still need the basic information from them, but if you want to keep using them, although not advised, you would have to confirm with us that the tax ID has been changed. This is again NOT recommended, and would not be agreed to until we can verify that there is no outstanding overlap with the tax id use in question.

There may be other options. No worries or super hurries on this, I’m just trying to get through the taxes and it would be helpful to get the details from the external accounts that are not the primary bank accounts. 

I can work with Sparc and Sparc has already given us their log-ins for all of their accounts numerous times, so Sparc is taken care of. This is ONLY regarding BAC and Digital Storytellers.

Option 1 sounds good to us.

I am setting up the new DS account today

We did use Paypal for the old BAC account that was under the WCTC EIN, here is the log in info for that, though this Paypal is no longer being used as the account is closed so I don't know if it will still work:

user name: carriejea...@gmail.com

password: b@y@re@cre@tive

I am having a hard time finding the log info for the Cash App as it is only on my phone and uses a touch ID to log in. The pin is 1234 and the account is  user name is $PatrickOhslund

As per the protocol we agreed upon in our last meeting I would like to have an emotion based conversation concerning the email I received from you a few days ago before moving ahead with any other business discussions.

Ok from my understanding you are saying that the cash app just takes funds directly from the bank account, so it should be fine on our side. 

I’ll let you know if we have problems, but any print out would be helpful if it has a csv or anything.

Regarding cash app that sounds correct. I have set up the new DS account under the BAC EIN number.

Fro your records the new DS account number is: 157516036827

I will add all new funds to this account and we can transfer the funds from the old DS account once we have determined if any fiscal fees were not taken out.
