Hello Beth,

I have just met with Jay, the finance person from our other fiscal sponsor WC.TC. The majority of the money that has been passed through the Edfund to BAC has ended up in an account under their EIN number. It is our understanding that these funds will be reported on the Edfund 990 form, therefore WCTC does not have to report these funds on their 990 form. WCTC is requesting a letter from the Edfund that includes the figure for the amount of funds passed through Edfund to BAC which  are being reported on the Edfund 990 form thereby releasing them from the responsibility of reporting these funds on their 990 form. 

Have cc’d Jay in this email in case you have questions for him.

Hi Jay,

The revenue I reported is through June 2018.  BAC did receive a 3-year grant from the Lesher Foundation so I know they will be receiving $13,500 for the next two years. I don't know what other projects or contracts are in the works to be able to give you a reasonable estimate through next June. I can talk with Patrick about it and get back to you, if you'd like.
