They don't have this survey link posted on the D2A2 website, just an email link to contact in...@rtamichigan.org. (Strangely, neither this survey nor the briefing book the RTA published last month (in PDF form) were acknowledged on any of their social media pages.)
Also, the provider for D2A2, Michigan Flyer, is resuming their services in a few days, though they only take you to Lansing, Brighton, or the airport in Romulus. Of course this makes the renewal of D2A2 service more likely, unless it's just been forgotten about.
