Hi, there,
so I'm a new wavesurfer user, and before that I've been using ephus for 3 years, I have a bunch of analysis scripts written for whole-cell patch clamp recordings obtained with ephus, but a bit hard to adapt to wavesurfer.

For instance the command protocol info is not saved in .h5 files, not in the same way as in .xsg files. So, to extract this data from wavesurfer .wsp command protocol files what should I do? (Or maybe I don't see it in .h5 files - delay (start of the pulse), number of pulses, pulse length (5, 10,20 500 ms...), end time, size of the pulse (-5...5 mV...pA))

We've got the.h5 conversion to .mat files and then it's easier, but not sure how to do it to .wsp files.

Thanks.

Glad you got it to work!  Sorry for the lack of reply…
