Thank you for that reminder. I am copying the Board of Directors at Waterford North as they are switching management companies as the end of this week. They can work with you to get this scheduled since it takes place in March.

Hi Myron,

I am checking in regarding the annual inspections at Waterford North.

It’s my understanding that the fire alarm is due to be finalled, so we are hoping to coordinate the annual inspection (including sprinkler and extinguishers) at the same time.

Would you like to get this on the schedule?

We have Wednesday, March 10^th available at 8am. Please let me know if this works.

Hi All,

I am following up on a couple of items.

We were able to schedule the final inspection with the fire marshal to test the fire alarm system on 3/18.

Would you like to coordinate the annual inspections for this same day? This will require unit entry to test devices and check sprinkler heads.

Hi Katherine,

We have chosen to move away from CWD group. Please remove them and Jenn from all email correspondences.

We have a few other pressing issues we are trying to take care of right now. Thank you for reminding us of this. Can we set something up in a month from now? Do we need to coordinate with the fire department first?
