Hello Warp Team,

I was wondering how I can utilize WarpTools to process EER data files for a tomography dataset.

I am trying to follow the tutorial on the github page for processing frame stacks, but I'm not sure where I would implement the EER flag/info that is suggested in the directions for Warp (not WarpTools) at http://www.warpem.com/warp/?page_id=1606

Can you please provide some guidance? I am very excited to use the Warp/M pipeline for this project!

Thank you,
Valerie

Absolutely

I put the list in CC so that others are aware of this too

Thank you very much for the quick reply!

I have another quick question: if our EER files are saved as gain-corrected, can I simply not specify a gain ref path to continue with the processing?

I do have the gain reference, but I do not have the un-corrected files.

Please let me know.
