It's with great sadness that I inform you that Joe Jackson has passed after a brief illness and hospitalization.  We will truly miss him and will particularly miss his hand dancing moves on the dance floor.  Joe had many great accomplishments as a civil engineer and a community leader.  We are praying for Joes Family and close friends and extend to them our sincere condolences.

Joe will also be remembered for collaborating with Premier CDC to establish the widely popular, weekly hand dancing summer parties on Freedom Plaza.  No funeral arrangements have been made at this time.
