WampSharp WAMPv2 support

Hi Tobias and guys,

I've released a version of WampSharp with WAMPv2 support to NuGet.

The GitHub repository is located here.

WampSharp is a C#/.NET implementation of WAMP. 

The current version supports WAMPv2.

Supported features:

* Router roles (Dealer/Broker)

* Client roles (Callee/Caller, Subscriber/Publisher)

* Json support

* MsgPack support

* Advanced profile features: simple Pub/Sub features (subscriber black and whitelisting, publisher exclusion, publisher identification).

WAMPv1 is still supported in this version (Everything specific to WAMPv1 moved to WampSharp.V1 namespace).

I'll be happy to get some feedback.

Please open issues on the GitHub page if something doesn't work for you.

Pull requests will be appreciated.

awesome!! I've added WampSharp to both the client and router sections here

I wasn't sure about "advanced profile" support. Also: could I write MS
Office plugins that talk WAMP using WampSharp?
