We have been playing at McKenna T/Th at 6 pm and it's been nice to play outside. And, not deal with getting kicked out of the Y for whatever management's reason de-jour is.

I'm pretty sure I can get Samir (my son, way better than me) to be there from 6:30 to 7:45. So, if we get one more we have two on two.

I think Marshal wants to start playing in the morning now.

I'm guessing Howard, Daniel, and Sam will show up.

Who wants to check with the Y to make sure they don't schedule other activities for Tuesday and Thursday morning? Ramiro, they seem to like you.

I will only pay for the Y if the outside numbers dry up. Right now I'm finding a good amount of people to play with outside, so I'm not planning on returning to the Y until maybe after the summer.

No I can't get numbers any day. But right now with all the people I've met through howard and others, there is pretty good consistency. Allen, Kevin, Tom, and Arlo and on some days a bunch of others. And Liang. But I'm just not sure that those guys will want to play at the Y and in the morning. And so far beyond you, Michael and Ramiro, no one has responded to inside. So I don't want to pay for inside if the numbers/quality  is the same or worse, when I can play outside for free. I don't use the Y for anything but basketball. The winter is a different story because of the weather so I will probably get a membership even for 2v2 or 3v3. If we can get numbers in the mornings outside I would also do that.

Yes, as Dan mentioned, we have numbers on Tuesday and Thursdays 6:00pm weekly at McKenna. and the courts are always available.  I'm also able to play in the morning(after being vaccinated on 6/10) if we have at least 4.

i guess I'll have to talk to the Y to reinstate the adult basketball slot that we used to have. For the time being, I agree with Dan that playing in playgrounds is a good though temporary idea. It's going to get very hot soon so I'm not sure whether we can rely on the weather much yet. I'll try my best in getting our morning times back and hope we get enough guys in the coming weeks. Mike: How is the situation on Sunday morning? is anybody showing up?
