Does anyone know who takes care of the garden at the corner of Clinton Heights and Walhalla?

I heard that fellows who live in the apartments on Indianola above the garden are the ones taking care of it.

They moved a couple years ago. They came back a bit to tend to it the first year they were gone but I haven’t seen them this year. They’re about an hour away so it’s certainly not as easy as walking into their backyard. 

It’s been interesting watching the space become more wild in their absence.

I noticed today that a lot of plants have disappeared.  I don’t know if those who tened the garden took them or if others did but the plants are gone, not even remnants of dead shrubs left.  There used to be a mix of shrubs and perennials.  Today I noticed mostly dame’s rocket, which is sort of invasive.  The bamboo has gone nuts.
