Segmentation fault while using csg_map

Hii,

I've a LAMMPS trajectory file for all atomic(AA) simulation for 4,5-Diethyloctane molecule and now i wanna generate a CG trajectory file from it by using VOTCA. For this i use

"csg_map --top topo-AA.xml --trj traj-AA.dump --out traj-CG.dump --cg map-AA-CG.xml"

this command however when i run this command, every time it shows me  "Segmentation fault (core dumped)". I'm not understanding where is the error.

Can you please help me with this?

What version of votca is this? See "csg_map --help"

Version 1.6 is rather old (released beginning of 2020), so as a first step please try to install the most recent version, i.e. v2022.

, and check if the error persists.
