problem in ontology vivo

On opening the VIVO ontology in Protégé 4.2, I get errors because the owl:imports links are unresolvable.  Advice welcome.

The ones for which I get import errors are listed in the .owl ontology file at http://vivoweb.org/files/vivo-core-public-1.5.owl

All the sudden we started getting this error when trying to login to vivo using shib ... has anyboyd seen this message or have any idea what we can look at to help resolve the issue/
