Customizing Header in VIVO

Dear Team,
I am using the latest version of VIVO and planning to implement it at my institution. Currently, I am working with the Nemo theme.
I would like to customize the VIVO header. Specifically:
-
I want to display my institution name in the header, and/or
-
I want to change the header color.
Could you please guide me on how to modify the VIVO header when using the Nemo theme?
Any documentation, configuration files, or best practices would be very helpful.
