GHSA-2gmj-rpqf-pxvh mentions the affected versions as < 9.2.0272, although tabpanel was introduced in patch 9.1.1391 so the advisory should mention > 9.1.1391 and < 9.2.0272.

Tabpanel is a relatively new feature and this vulnerability does not affect vim installations before it was introduced.
