Patchlevel 283 (csid 67dc61280eba) was mistakenly tagged v9.1.0282 on
Mercurial, depriving changeset 3d1e6800e2a8 of its legitimate tag.
I don't know which tags, if any, are set on the git repository.
Patch numbers in src/version.c are OK.
