Updated Vim Runtime Files

Dear Runtime File maintainers,
As you have probably already heard, Bram recently passed away¹.
Therefore, I am reaching out to all mentioned Maintainers from the
current Vim Repository runtime files directory.

If you have sent updated runtime or translation files since June 10th²
which are not yet included in Vims Repository, please create a PR at
Vims Github Repository or re-send them to the vim-dev³ mailing list as
otherwise I fear they might now be lost in Brams Inbox.

Otherwise, I'd like to remind you to keep sending updates of your
maintained runtime files in the future using the mentioned mailing list
or pull requests at the Vim Repository
