patch 9.1.1914: runtime(netrw): wipes unnamed buffers

Problem: runtime(netrw): LocalBrowseCheck() wipes unnamed buffers when
g:netrw_fastbrowse=0 (Carlos Falgueras García)
Solution: Check that bufname() is not empty
