Missing patch on the mailing list

Patch 8.2.2061 "Vim9: E1030 error when using empty string for
term_sendkeys()" has been published (git CSID 4d05af0a64c2, Mercurial
CSID bc3a083b50cb) but I don't see it on the vim_dev list.
