Build failure at patchlevel 9.1.2128: src/po/ta.po missing

Neither "make -j4" nor "make install" are possible anymore but "make
installvimbin" proceeds normally, starting with an (unusual) "link"
pass.

My bad. Missing symlink src/<shadowdir>/po/ta.po → ../po/ta.po

Why don't you have ta.po? Is this in a shadow directory?
