I don't know the state of the git repository, but on the Mercurial
repository, patch 8.2.1700 (Mercurial changeset 36e8e046c335) has no
tag.

not sure what happened, the script run successfully (and it imported the
commit correctly). It's just that the tag was not detected. Perhaps a
timing issue. I fixed it manually.
