Minor update to testdir/readme.txt file

Hi,

I am attaching a minor update to the testdir/readme.txt file with the
steps for executing the tests.

Thanks. I actually nearly always just stay in the "src" directory.
An advantage is that the choices in src/Makefile can then be used.
Perhaps we can we can make all run from the "src" directory, but some
can start with "cd testdir".
