Minor update to todo.txt

Hi,

I am attaching a minor update to the todo.txt file to move all

the insert-mode completion related todo items to the

"Insert mode completion/expansion" section.

I'll include it, thanks.

I don't think the problem I encounter most is mentioned: When completing
from other files, which can take a couple of seconds, results are
inserted at the current position, instead of at the end. Since it's
timing sensitive it's not easy to debug.
