[vim/vim] HTML render window (#6025)

Please, add to gVim special window with html renderer and live view. This is extreme useful for preview Markdown, Html and other document languages edited in Vim or for show documentation programming languages. Ideally use WebKit with SVG support. This open door for many graphics languages as Graphviz. Pdf renderer would be useful also.

Don't expect to see that anytime soon. Having an extra renderer will take considerable effort. And vim is an editor after all.

This is going to be a lot of work. I wouldn't bet that such a feature will be included anytime soon.
