For some reason patch 1959 is mentioned twice in version.c

- AFAIK this is harmless.
- I pull my sources from the Mercurial repository. No idea if the same
fluke is prese'nt in the git master.

Looks like I applied a patch to the repository twice, where everything
was rejected except for the change to version.c. I'll correct that.
