Error message from :cc

I recently discovered that the error message from :cc when the
quickfix list is empty is

E16: Invalid range

The :cc was among some other commands in a mapping, so it took me
a while to figure out what was happening.

This is not a big deal, but it would be nice if the message said
something more useful and indicative of the problem.

I agree. If you know that the default range isn't set because there is
no error list it is understandable, but otherwise the user will be
puzzled.
