profiling vim

Hi,
the following might be interesting to those, that want to profile vim.

I just recently found https://prodfiler.com/ This is a platform to
profile your complete system using e.g. docker. But of course you can
also use it to profile just Vim. It is quite easy to setup. Just run a
docker command and do your test workflow. And then you can interactively
view callgraph, flamegraph etc in the browser.

But note, this goes to some cloud system, so you may want to be carefule
with what you want to send out.
