Minor update to help

Hi,

While working on the Vim9 argument type check support,
I noticed that the help text for a few functions are not
alphabetically sorted. I am attaching a patch to the help
text to reorder these functions.

Thanks. synconcealed() can stay though, it sorts after synIDtrans()
when not ignoring difference in upper/lower case.
