vim indent/pascal.vim doesn't set b:undo_indent

Consequently it breaks when switching filetypes with no indent settings.

My suggested fix is to add the following line to the end of the file:

let b:undo_indent = 'setl indentexpr< indentkeys<'

Yes, Neil is cc'd here. Neil responded to my original email privately; I pointed out in a response that this mailing list thread was also available.

Neil seems amenable to the change, but had some questions. I'll let Neil choose whether or not to post the discussion we had; I have no issues with doing so.
