vim9 script "Function is not compiled"

While converting vim-airline, I stumbled over the above error message
several times. Usually functions are not so short, that it is quite
obvious, why a function has not been compiled yet. Can we at least
mention, what line/statement caused this error message? Otherwise one
has to go line by line commenting out why this happens.

You only get this error when something went wrong during compilation
that wasn't caught where it happened. You can call that a bug.
Please find out what line triggered the error, so we can find the place
where to give a better error message.
