Patch 8.1.2352 is not mentioned in version.c (at least on the Mercurial mirror)

Patch 8.1.2352 is not mentioned in src/version.c. This is not really a
problem, since this patch touches only .cirrus.yml and README.md, so
it affects neither the Vim executable nor even the runtime files; but
a Vim built from a repository containing that patch will have (for
instance) the following at the top of its :version output:

VIM - Vi IMproved 8.1 (2018 May 18, compiled Nov 29 2019 22:27:33)
Included patches: 1-2351, 2353-2360

That's a problem on the mirror. The combined rollback and new changes
must have confused it.
