No sound in Chrome

I'm trying to download some videos from a website. They are't vimeo, youtube, etc.

I'll get video but they won't have any audio.

I have no clue what I should be doing.

If I select the 61.9mb MP4 option I get only video. If I select the 32m mb MP4 option I get only audio.

If I select HLS streaming it doesn't do anything.

What is going on? 

Is there any setting I can change to fix this?

Besides downloading, Video DownloadHelper is also capable of making file aggregation (combining separate audio and video into a single file).

The first thing you need to look for is the reference to how to report a problem. Your
problem description is rather vague.

The other thing you need to look for is the discussion of video without audio & audio
without video. This is not a new issue. It has been raised many times before. You want
to read up on the subject in the threads referred to in the Table of Contents thread. Or
you can simply search for the topic in this forum.
