Hello, I've just bought a premium license today. I paid in Euro which was supposed to be €12.00 but I was charged €18.50. The invoice I got from an email says €18.50 too. That should be €12.00 right? Your website (https://www.downloadhelper.net/convert) and stripe.com checkout page show €12.00 too.

Can I get €6.50 payback if that is wrong, please?

The license is 12.00€ (or 16.00US$) for the VDH/Chrome license and 18.50€ (or 28.50US$) for the VDH/Firefox or VDH/Edge. For the records, the difference in pricing is due to the fact VDH/Chrome does not download from YouTube (Google restrictions, not our choice).

I did not find a license associated to the email you use in this forum. Can you tell me the last 8 characters of your license, or send me your license email in private so i can make a search ?

Okay, I got it! It seems like I opened the page on chrome and copy and paste the URL into the Firefox browser so that was the problem I guess. I use VDH on Firefix so everything is alright.
