Plans for Tentcom - Feedback Requested

I'm starting to put together the plans for Victory Gamers' Tentcon, which is usually held on the first or second weekend of June, and would like your feedback. This planning assumes that the pandemic situation will permit outdoor events over 50 people at a time in June. 

Events.  Below is a preliminary schedule of events. Let me know what you think of this tentative schedule. For the first time, tournaments for 40k and AoS are envisioned. Let me know whether tournaments are something you want to see, and for what game (space will likely limit us to two tournaments, so I penciled in the two main GW games for those slots). I've also scheduled blocks of time for other GW games.  The goal was not to have all 40k and AoS events and tournaments on the same day, so as not to force people to choose between playing in a tournament or playing in open games/narrative events. Is that a desirable scheduling feature, or would you prefer to have all 40k/AoS events on the same day? I am willing to schedule blocks for non-GW games. What non-GW games would you want to see scheduled? Will need volunteers to organize scheduled games, so let me know if you are willing to be such a volunteer. (I will take 40k Apocalypse on Sunday.)

Location. Looking to hold 2021 Tentcon in the same space as 2020 Tentcon: in a big tent in the parking lot behind Crescendo Studios in Merrifield, VA. Prior to 2020, Tentcon was held at a pavilion in Reston. The rental cost was much lower, but the space is smaller. Would you prefer to return to the Reston pavilion in 2021 (if available)? Are there other places that I should consider?

Price. Unlike last year, the plan is to have a fixed fee for the weekend per person, so you can game as much as you want all weekend for that fee. Will probably need to be at least $50-60 in order to cover the rental costs, but may be more if total capacity is severely restricted due to pandemic social distancing. May also be a small additional fee to participate in one of the two tournaments. Let me know your thoughts on whether this estimated cost is reasonable and what is a limit on what you would be willing to pay.
