HI Mike, please try this out.
Get snapshot
User can use http://<IP addr>/cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi to get a snapshot from camera.
The size of the snapshot will always be as the same as the size of stream1.
User can get the snapshot by using this CGI no matter which codec of stream1 is selected.
This example embeds the credentials in the URL:
http://ADMIN:12...@192.168.2.3/cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi

Subject: Vicon Help Forum Snapshot URL for V2000

I have an application that uses an IP camera to take a photo of objects as they cross a conveyor line that in the past used iqeye cameras by hitting the static snapshot image url http:/ip/now.jpeg.
We have been asked to support the Vicon V2000 ip cameras but I'm struggling to find the equivalent URL to grab an image from this camera. Does anyone have an idea what that URL could be?
