Vert.X 3.2.0 error - 'io.vertx.core.Launcher' is not recognized

Hello,

I have no problem getting 3.0.0, or 3.1.0 to run on my Windows 10 machine, java version "1.8.0_66"

But when doing a: vertx -version in command prompt I get the following with the error highlighted in bold below.

Also I downloaded 3.2.0 from this link: https://bintray.com/artifact/download/vertx/downloads/vert.x-3.2.0-full.tar.gz

C:\>vertx -version

There is a bug in the vertx.bat file. Replace it with:

The bug has already been fixed.
