Position: Citrix NetScaler Engineer -L3

Location: Oklahoma city, OK or Remote

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

Install, configure and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler Devices
Provide ADC Design, engineering and advanced troubleshooting.
To manage Citrix ADC platform to provide service availability.
Add/Delete VIP’s, service groups and services for application load balancing requirements.
Managing new or renewal of existing SSL certificate bindings
Work with a application team to troubleshoot load balancing issues
Demonstrate expertise with citrix ADC and implement load balancing best practices\act as the point of contact for citrix escalations and identify any required upgrades.
Work with application teams while troubleshooting application issues from a network load balancer perspective.
Understanding of how application architecture within the network load balancer perspective
Provide support for incoming citrix ADC tickets in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Communicate effectively with cross functional team members.
Perform other duties relevant to project team as assigned.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
To take actions to guarantee service availability.
To execute and document internal procedures to comply with all the certification and security policies.
To be able to work independently with good decision making, as well as with a local and global team.
