- CICS & MQ admin with network & IMS experience (Experience – 12 to 15 years)
- Installation, maintenance and administration of MQ and CICS software
- Operating with CICS adapter control functions to initiate and manage connection between WebSphere MQ and CICS
- Experience with CICS features and functionality (CPSM, LOCG, Web services, SSL) and ability to collaborate with application developers on application design
- Configuration of CICS initialization parameters, troubleshooting and resolving system related incidents
- CICS intercommunication setup and maintenance
- Experience in managing VTAM and TCPIP configurations
- Performance troubleshooting and tuning
- Installation, upgrade, patches, consolidation and configure IMS systems(DC/DB)
- Determine problem and provide resolution for IMS system software and related utilities/tools

- Experience with installation, upgrade, patches, consolidation and configure DB2 and IMS systems
- Support incident management process including responding to alerts, root cause analysis and repair/recover from hardware/software failures
- Good experience in systems level performance tuning and capacity planning
- Experience in configuring database, memory, disk and IO as required
- Experience with complete system backup recovery procedures and DR planning/testing
- Manage DB2 & IMS related ISV products
- IMS & DB2 security expertise with RACF/ACF2
