Position: SAP FICO Lead
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Long Term

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Global Design Workshops
• Conduct / active participation in design workshops
• Review gaps and create PDDs
• Review & Provide Input to Gaps/Design Sessions/Local Requirements
• Baseline configuration and unit test cycles
• Perform integration test cycles
• Help complete UAT
• Execute cut over and Go-Live activities
• Perform incident analysis and resolution during testing and hyper care

Qualifications:

• Being a SAP FICO Lead should be able to independently lead the module and drive & participate in business discussions; provide recommendations, solutions in various processes.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams and work with them to address customer concerns.
• Independently handle the accounts/projects either implementations or support engagements
• Document on requirements gathered during workshops which is nothing but Business Blueprint.
• Functional testing and Integration Testing.
• Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.
• Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting
• Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems
• Experience in conduction workshops and freeze the requirements
